Ms Priss is an old woman with white hair, and had twin sisters.  She visited the Krusty Krab, and was disgusted with krabby patties.  So she banned patties from Bikini Bottom, and shut down The Krusty Krab.  She even caught Mr Krabs and his employees doing A Secret Krusty Krab.  But when a Krabby Patty fell into her mouth, and she ate it, she fell in love with patties and brought krabby patties back to Bikini Bottom.
