Mirror World
In many episodes when SpongeBob and Patrick look in the mirror it seems that the mirror image has a mind of its own. The mirror world is a reverse world of the regular world. Although the mirror world has the ability to have part of their body go into the regular world. When the mirror world doesn't like copying the real world from a bad situation they will move away not copying the real world. It is unknown what happens in the mirror world while nobody's there.
