Crime are Police made by Chas. It just appears in the episode: Crime and Punishment. When Tommy Pickles Phil Lil and Chuckie want to become spies, they go to Chas Break has Glasses to get some gadgets. Didi Chas then shows them lots of stuff including the Crime Glasses . Tommy Phil Lil and Chuckie later use them to make a Mud at the top of the Family House.
