Fred is a character. His catchphrase is MY LEG!, he also says MY EYES! His friend's name is Tom. He usually wears brown pants and is a green skinned fish. He's married to Nancy. In the Jellyfish Jelly episode, Fred sings a song about the delicious "jelly patty". Fred's last name is currently unknown. Fred is seen in quite a few episodes as a backup character or a person in the crowd who tals or is in an angry mob (seen in a few episodes). His name was revealed in "Patty Hype"

It is revealed that in Band Geeks, he probably died or was seriously injured.He is also very eyeshot by King Neptune's very

hot boldness in the Krusty Krab 2 in the Spongebob Squarepants Movie.
