Foofy is a posh snail that is only seen in Grooming Gary. He is owned by Charles. In the episode, SpongeBob forces Gary to go to a snail competition, and Gary is not too happy about it. Foofy was thought to be the only non-crazy snail at the competition, but towards the end of the episode Foofy went on a rampage.
