Employee Brotherhood Day is a holiday that Mr. Krabs makes employees of the Krusty Krab do. This happened in Dying for Pie.
What Happens
On Employee Brotherhood Day, Krusty Krab employees must make a gift to give another employee. It is against the rules to buy a gift from someone else, as the gift must be personal.
What Happened
SpongeBob made a sweater made for Squidward that Squidward said was too itchy. Squidward was not pleased, and SpongeBob then made a sweatshirt out of his tears for him. Mr. Krabs told Squidward to make SpongeBob a gift and Squidward disobeyed Mr. Krabs' order and instead bought a bomb that was shaped and looked like a pie.
