Employee Brotherhood Day is a holiday that Mr. Krabs makes employees of the Krusty Krab do. This happened in Dying for Pie.
What Happens
You exchange gifts which have to made from yourself, not bought to celebrate this day for some reason and "Act brotherly towards that guy! (SpongeBob)".

SpongeBob made a sweater made for Squidward and Squidward said that it was too itchy. Squidward didn't like it and SpongeBob made a sweatshirt out of his tears for him. Mr. Krabs told Squidward to "make" SpongeBob a gift and Squidward disobeyed Mr. Krabs' order and instead "Bought" a bomb that was shaped and looked like a "Pie".
