Clancy Brown
Clarence J. Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor. He is known for his role as The Kurgan (also known as Victor Kruger) in the original Highlander movie, as Mr. Krabs and others in the SpongeBob SquarePants TV series, as Dr. Neo Cortex for six years in the Crash Bandicoot series of games, and as Brother Justin Crowe in the HBO television series Carnivàle. In Rugrats All Grown Up, he voices Principal Pangborn. In the episode Wigstruck of SpongeBob, he voices Scooter for the first time.
