Pet Hospital is the place for domestic pets, this was mentioned in Band Geeks, where Squidward's clarinet playing was mistakened for a dying animal. Doctor Gill Gillam works there, along with his Pharamedics. Gary probally went there in I Was a Teenage Gary, after he was nearly starved.
