Pet Hospital is the place for domestic pets, this was mentioned in Band Geeks, where Squidward's clarinet playing was mistaken for a dying animal. Doctor Gill Gilliam works there, along with his Paramedics. Gary probably went there in I Was a Teenage Gary, after he was nearly starved. Spongebob was abusing Gary and got arrested.
