Mr. Whiskers only appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He is a cat. We know his name because the Old Lady said "I'll let you pet Mr. Whiskers".
Looks
Since he is part of the Giant Fish, he is pink and white. He also can meow, which seems weird because tongues can't talk.
