Lord Royal Highness
Lord Royal Highness also known as L.R.H., is the current ruler of Atlantis, and is voiced by musician David Bowie. He held the real oldest bubble that Patrick accidentally popped, and gives tourists a tour of the city. When they arrive, they must press a button for him. Afterwards, a red carpet comes out, and then he follows.

Looks
Lord Royal Highness has a wacky sort of look and his skin is a dark blue color. His only hair is on the sides near his ears and they are a orange color. His brain is in a glass dome and he also has big red lips. He has maroon gloves and his costume has green layers shaped as a Speedo. He has a big nose and a small crown.
Persoality
L.R.H. is very smart as a king, but he's a workaholic. He didn't even know that the city was buried for over 5000 years. the same length the Flying Dutchman didn't were a shoe, as seen in the episode your shoe's untied. So L.R.H. was to cooped up in his work as a king to notice that.
Temper
L.R.H. is almost always calm, except when something he cares about is destroyed. Like when Patrick accidentally popped the oldest living bubble, he was super angry and would have sent them to jail or worse, but thanks to Sandy's quick thinking, she used Mr. Krabs, Squidward, Patrick and SpongeBob as weapons against L.R.H.'s soldiers.
Trivia/Goofs
- The drawing of the people from Atlantis is very similar to the drawings on The Beatles' movie Yellow Submarine.
- He only appeared on Atlantis SquarePantis.
- One of L.R.H.'s eyes is green and the other is blue.
