Dr. Manowar is a greenish fish that is known for the only person to survive a sting from Big Lenny. He has a big fat red scar from were he got stung and he says that the scar only hurts if you touch it (which Patrick does). He has a white shirt with pants and a tie. He only appears in the episode I'm Your Biggest Fanatic.
