Employee Brotherhood Day is a holiday that Mr. Krabs makes employees of the Krusty Krab do. This happened in Dying for Pie.
What Happens
On Employee Brotherhood Day, Krusty Krab employees must make a gift to give another employee. It is against the rules to buy a gift from someone else, as the gift must be personal.
What Happened
SpongeBob made a sweater made for Squidward that Squidward said was too itchy. Squidward was not pleased, and SpongeBob then made a sweatshirt out of his tears for him. Mr. Krabs told Squidward to make SpongeBob a gift and Squidward disobeyed Mr. Krabs' order and instead bought a bomb that was shaped and looked like a pie. SpongeBob then eats a Krabby Patty after taking the bomb and placing it in his pocket for Squidward and him to share, and acts like he ate the bomb only for Mr. Krabs and Squidward to confuse this for SpongeBob to have ate the bomb and that he will seemingly die at sunset.
