Foofy

Foofy is a posh snail that is only seen in Grooming Gary. He is owned by Charles. In the episode, SpongeBob forces Gary to go to a snail competition, and Gary is not too happy about it. Foofy was thought to be the only non-crazu snail at the competition, but towards the end of the episode Foofy went on a rampage.
Looks
Foofy has a golden, glossy shell, a leash with diamonds on it, a very fancy hairdo, a moustache and he has a sash with a badge on it.
