Plan Z-909 is just mentioned in the episode: SpongeBob's Last Stand. The plan was made by Mr. Krabs. The plan is about Mr. Krabs selling the Krabby Patty Secret Formula and the Krusty Krab to Plankton. This plan would be only used as a last resort which would be when the Krusty Krab would undoubtebly go out of business.
