Sea Horse Milk so far has just appeared in the episode Have You Seen This Snail? it is unknown if it will reapear in new episodes. When it is old it looks like pudding. Patrick can also taste how old Sea Horse Milk acctually is. He says: "Hmmm... well... (pours the glass of milk upside down. It's solid milk) Yeah, it's about a week, maybe ten days.". With that you can keep Sea Horse Milk not even a week.
