Flats the Flounder

He is the bully of Mrs. Puff’s Boating School. Appeared in the episode The Bully. He is a flat flounder and likes to kick peoples' butts. When he finally kicks SpongeBob's butt, it doesn't hurt because SpongeBob is made from "some kind of Spongy material". He also has a father who he tells not to talk to Strangers. He also appears in other episodes in cameos, such as Texas (Episode). He went to community college with Patrick, which is very unsurprising because Patrick was so stupid to attend community college (it is a poor education college).
