The Yellow Popsicle was first seen in the episode The Smoking Peanut. Patrick holds up the yellow popsicle when he tells SpongeBob that he can almost "taste it" because he can find the person that threw the peanut at the clam. It looks a lot like SpongeBob. SpongeBob then goes inside and shuts the door behind him.
