:You know, to be honest with you, it takes a lot to be an admin, the mop will put a lot of stress on you. If you do not know how to cope with stress odds are you will crack. An admin needs several skills. Patients, willingness, open-mindedness, common sense (big one), the ability to work under pressure and needs to understand that they are a slave to the community an admin is actually below the community because they are the maids and butlers. Well that is how it is at my Spongebob Wiki and also at Wikipedia. However by default you need everything I just said to be an admin (may not need the last depending on how a wiki is run).
