The Train Center is a place which guides all trains in Bikini Bottom or in other towns. It only appeared in The Great Patty Capper. A little of it was shown inside. The only one who worked there was Nat Peterson who was in his office with items such as a desk, chair, microphone(To talk to the one driving the train), computer, Coffee mug, Papers, Coffee and other office stuff.
