The Chief
The Chief is the head chief of The International Justice League of Super Acquaintances who only appears in the episodes: Mermaid Man and Barnacle BoyandMermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V. He is a human being who lives on land and is broadcasted through an underwater screen. He tells them the emergencies and missions of the team. After appearing serious, he kisses himself and laughs like a maniac.
He is portrayed in a live-action sequence by Martin Olson.
