He gives SpongeBob and Squidward a quarter each and Squidward tries but he is unsuccessful. Then SpongeBob tries and he wins a stuffed bear named Beary. After that Squidward is jealous and SpongeBob just keeps winning. But Squidward is unlucky and keeps missing (Partly because of anger).

SpongeBob tries to save him but he can only pick up toys! It is then obvious that Squidward gets beaten up, although you do not get to see it.
