Sam is a character from the episode Big Sister Sam. She is Patrick's big sister. She gets angry a lot when anyone makes Patrick sad or mad.
Looks
Sam looks like Patrick, but fat and is bigger. She has black hair with a ponytail and wears a purple two-piece bikini with green flowers.
