Then she hurts herself the same way Mr. Krabs did and yells a 'bad word.' But it is revealed she didn't curse, but instead it was the horn of Old Man Jenkins' car horn which had censored what she said. - Squidward Tentacles has an ear in this episode.
- Tom is shown next to The Pink Fish in the Krusty Krab.
- The first appearance of Betsy Krabs.
- When SpongeBob says "let's play a nice wholesome game of Eels and Escalators," we see a close up of the board, and you can see Patrick's legs. But he is actually lying on his stomach during the scene.
- When Patrick came in to tell Mr. Krabs that SpongeBob said the swear word, he had ice cream all over his face. In a few seconds, it is gone.
- The game that SpongeBob and Patrick play is Eels and Escalators. It's similar to the game Snakes and Ladders.
- If you hear closely to Squidward's wispering, the word he says is "Chubby Bath Buzzsaw".
- The word they first learn is plausibly the commonly known F-word. Example: Spongebob says to Patrick :"Hey Patrick, How the (word) are you." Patrick: "Pretty (word)ing good Spongebob!" On the intercom at the Krusty Krab, Spongebob says "Attention customers, todays special is a (word)ing Krabby Patty served in a greasy (word) sauce and grilled to (word)ing perfection! And don't forget to ask us to (word) the (word)ing fries! It'll be our (word)ing pleasure!" *Squidward approaches register* *Spongebob* "Hey Squidward! How the (word) are ya!" *Patrick* "Nice (word)ing day we're having, isnt it?" Note the -ing aren't heard but are most likely censored too, as those dolphin chirps were longer. Although, it was first learned in the sentence, "Krabs is a (word)" Where the f-word wouldn't make sense.
