Plot

When Plankton makes a surprise attack, Spongebob reveals to Plankton the Krabby Patty Formula location. Just then, Pearl comes and scares Plankton on accident. It turned out Plankton was afraid of whales. Mr. Krabs realized that and made a Pearl costume and scared Plankton multiple times. Spongebob thought Mr. Krabs took it a bit too far, so he told Plankton that Mr. Krabs was afraid of mimes, yet lied that the formula was moved. Plankton soon hired a mime.

Trivia/Goofs

The working title for this episode was Plankton Got Served, but it was later changed to One Coarse Meal.
In one shot, Mr. Krabs is in a towel, in the next he is in his clothes.
Plankton wasn't afraid of Pearl in The Algae's Always Greener.
This is the second appearance of Plankton's cousins. The first was Plankton's Army. However, Plankton calls them his ancestors.
This is the second time Plankton grows a beard. The first was Chum Caverns.
In this episode, Mr. Krabs is revealed to have an ATM on his chest.
