Mr. Puff was Mrs. Puff's husband. He unfortunatley was turned into a light cover. The only picture of him was in Krusty Love where it he is whown getting turned on via a switch. in Shell City in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, there is another look alike to Mr. Puff although you can tell it is not him because there was no string attatched to him.
