The Mega Bucket is a place that was going to be built over Chum Bucket in the episode Walking Small.
The Construction
Plankton built the sign into Goo Lagoon, and starting yelling random commands at the beach-folk and they could only hear squeaky high-pitched noises. Plankton also had his "toy" tractor taken and demolished by a boy.
Looks
It is unknown what it would look like, but it was probably a bigger version of the Goo Lagoon.
