The Mayor of Bikini Bottom is seen in the episodes The Great Snail Race and Doing Time.
In the great snail race, the mayor speaks to the crowd and announces Larry Luciano to the stage to light the fire. Larry was so slow that the Mayor had to grab Larry and put him next to the fire so the race could begin. In Doing Time (Episode) he was about to open the unfinished bridge but SpongeBob and Mrs. Puff crash through it.
Looks
The Mayor is an average looking person, but is overweight. He has half a beard and he is a light green colored fish who wears a big, black suit. He has a brownish gray beard and he also has a top hat with hints of red on it.
