The Krabby Patty Burgler is an alter ego of Spongebob. He simply wears a black mask on his face. When Mr. Krabs left, Spongebob quickly claimed himself to be Krabby the Clown's side kick and attempted to stall the kids.
He only appears in the episode Krabby Land.
He is most likely a parody of the Hamburgler.
