Judge Horace A. Whopper is an obese judge. As a presiding judge, he handles multiple cases, but considering the lawsuit he proceeded was a mass food-poisoning from Mr. Krabs' "Spongy Patties", it can be guessed that he is of higher rank in the Bikini Bottom judicial circuit.
