Harold Smith is a commonly seen cameo character. He gave SpongeBob some marshmallows in Ripped Pants; in To Love a Patty he was scolded by his possible Wife Martha. Though his cheeks were puffed out when he was eating they are always puffed out for some reason. He congratulated Squidward for being employee of the Month. He does a relaxing Pedicure/Foot Massage in Good Neighbors.
