Franklin W. Welker (born on March 12, 1946) is an American voice actor. He is responsible for a broad spectrum of character voices, and other vocal effects such as animals that have appeared over the last 40 years in American television and motion pictures. He voiced numerous characters on Transformers G1. He is the voice of the Gorilla from the episode: I Had an Accident.
