The Clown was a minor character featured in the episode As Seen on TV and SpongeBob's Last Stand. He was the only person not fired by Mr. Krabs after Squidward hired to be in the commercial in As Seen on TV.

His face is painted white, he has crazy orange hair a big red nose and can make animal balloons. He wears a pink flower, a yellow shirt and spotted pants with big blue clown shoes. His attitude is like a mime, because he is silent and only makes noises, not sound.
