Carl H. Greenblatt (born on June 17, 1972) is a writer and storyboard artist. He has worked on the hit TV series, SpongeBob SquarePants as well as SpongeBob comics for the Nickelodeon magazine. He also worked on the Cartoon Network's series The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and Evil Con Carne. He did his last storyboard for the show on September 10, 2006. He also created Chowder, an animated show that he created and executive produced for Cartoon Network. Another show he is working on is "Bad Seeds" for Nickelodeon.

He voiced Carl in Selling Out.
