Billy is a cameo character who appears in many episodes. He appears a lot at the Krusty Krab, but he appeared once in the Chum Bucket. He is not to be confused with Billy.

He is a brownish-greenish fish with blue pants and a black belt.

- He is not to be confused with Nat; the customer who got paid to eat at the Chum Bucket in the episode Plankton's Regular.
- His western ancestor appeared in Pest of the West, telling Western Timmy that he isn't his dad.
- He tried to poison his girlfriend after SpongeBob served him with his feet, which had fungus, warts and hair on it in the episode Gullible Pants.
- He can drive as seen in Doing Time and Komputer Overload.
