SpongeBob ScaredyPants is a song that was sung by an unknown interpret (presumably The Ghastly Ones, as suggested by the music video explained below) over the closing credits of the episode Scaredy Pants.

Lyrics

All right, boils and ghouls, you ready?
Yeah!
Well... who lives near a graveyard under the sea?
SpongeBob ScaredyPants!
Absorbent and yellow and spooky is he!
SpongeBob ScaredyPants!
If nautical chills be something you wish,
SpongeBob ScaredyPants!
Then spread your gills out and flop like a fish!
SpongeBob ScaredyPants!
SpongeBob... ScaredyPants,
SpongeBob... ScaredyPants,
SpongeBob... ScaredyPants,
SpongeBob... ScaredyPants!
SpongeBob ScaredyPants!
SpongeBob ScaredyPants!
SpongeBob ScaredyPants!
SpongeBob... ScaredyPants!

Music Video

The DVD Halloween includes a music video for the song (spelled as "SpongeBob Scaredy Pants") as a special feature (the other special features are the closing credits for the release, which play each individual episode's closing credits one-by-one, and a promo for the then-forthcoming video game Revenge of the Flying Dutchman, which would become infamously known as the worst SpongeBob game ever).

The music video starts with a clip from "Scaredy Pants," followed by a montage of clips from that episode, as well as Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost, I Was a Teenage Gary, Imitation Krabs and Frankendoodle, all of which are episodes included on the DVD. Also intercut into the montage are three clips from the intro: two from Painty's segment and one from the part of the intro when SpongeBob falls into a bathtub and absorbs the water in it. The video ends with the title card, as shown in the intro, with Painty laughing. SpongeBob pops up and plays his nose like a flute before disappearing, and the video irises out.
