Andrew Fishman is a short child fish with big black eyes and a beige shirt. He's initially seen as dull and lifeless, (due to his mom sheltering him from what she calls "overstimulation") but after SpongeBob and Patrick unlock his imagination, he's seen as a unstoppably joyous and cheerful soul.

Role in episode
Patrick is initially set to tutor Andrew by his mom, but he finds that extremely boring. He tries to find something fun for them to do instead, but after Andrew questions what fun is, SpongeBob enters Patrick's house in shock and the two decide to go on into his brain enter his imagination. Andy's imagination runs wild in Patrick's coffee-pot house, featuring tons of wild creatures and inane figments of thought. The imagination-stricken Andy initially seems fun, but it eventually creates insanity. SpongeBob and Patrick try to stop it, first by defeating Andy's imaginary creatures with boring things to do - but it doesn't take long for the fish to gain the upper hand. This is unfortunately around the time Andrew's mom comes to pick him up, who the sponge and star duo try to prevent entering despite his mom's relentless pleading for her son. SpongeBob and Patrick then re-enter his imagination and lock it off for good.
