Squidward: "It's finally complete! After weeks and weeks of burning the candle at both ends... Literally."

{Turns toward candle burning at both ends}

Squidward: "My first clarinet concerto is complete."

{Walks over to clarinet}

Squidward: {Puts clarinet music on music stand} "And ready to be performed."

{Falls because of loud crash going on outside and drops papers. They fall on the candle burning at both ends, which causes a fire}

Squidward: "NOOOOOO!"

{Falls again}

Squidward: "Now, I'm flummoxed."

{Squidward peeks outside his front door to see what is going on, when another loud crash erupts, making Squidward bonk his head on the top of his door several times}

Squidward: "OW! OW! OW! OW! GRRRRR!"

{We then see Spongebob and Patrick standing in front of Patrick's house, pounding a For Rent sign into the ground]

Spongebob: "Hit it one more time, Patrick. Don't want anyone stealing it."

{For Rent sign then crashes to a million pieces and falls to the ground}

Spongebob: "Perfect."

Squidward: "GRRRRR! Alright, what's going on out here?! I can't even hear myself think!"

Patrick: {Raises hand} "OHH! OHH! Can you smell yourself think?"

Squidward: "No. As I was saying, you two-"

Patrick: "Or see?!"

Squidward: NO!

Patrick: "HOW, HOW about taste! Can you taste yourself think?!"

Squidward: "Shut it! What are you two dingbats doing?"

Spongebob: "We were just posting Patrick's new For Rent sign." {Gestures towards the broken pieces of the For Rent sign laying on the ground} "We worked on it all morning. See?"

Squidward: "For Rent? You mean... one of you is moving out?" {Smiles really big}

Spongebob: {Laughing} "No! Patrick here is just gonna rent out his front yard."

==Plot==
[[Patrick Star|Patrick]] decides to rent out his front yard to make some extra money. Then Howard moves in with his trailer as his home. After Squidward meets Howard he learns that he has the same interests as him then decides that he should stay with him. After both [[SpongeBob SquarePants|SpongeBob]] and [[Patrick Star|Patrick]] come back from [[Jellyfishing]] they find out that Howard has moved in and Patrick has become a landlord. Howard says that he can't stand bubble blowers and jellyfishers. So Squidward creates a fence and a concrete wall to make sure SpongeBob and Patrick stay away. But Howard finds out that Squidward was hiding from him SpongeBob and Patrick after trying to make them stop he later pops a bubble by mistake and realizes he has fun blowing bubbles. Then Squidward knocks Howard's Home down the hill after doing both of SpongeBob and Patrick's. Then Squidward tires to pop a bubble but the bubble moves away from him and the episode ends as Squid chases the bubble down the hill and then the episode ends.

==Trivia/Goofs==
*Howard is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
*It is shown that Bubbles dislike Squidward.
*This is the second time Squidward uses a Bulldozer to move away [[SpongeBob's House]]. The first time was in [[Opposite Day (Episode)|Opposite Day]].
*When Squidward builds the wall around Howard's trailer but in the next scene the wall is gone.

==Plot==
The episode starts out with [[Jellyfish Fields]]. Spongebob and Patrick are Jellyfishing, when suddenly Whelks come into town and run over Spongebob and Patrick with their jelly. Spongebob cleans him and Patrick off. Bikini Bottom is in parel! Patrick tries to stand up to them, but he gets to scared when one of the sea whelks growls at him, The sea whelks chase them to the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs takes this as an opportunity and tries to get the sea whelks to buys something. They swallow Mr. Krabs, Squidward, and the Krusty Krab. Spongebob and Patrick go to hide at Sandy's house, but the treedom gets destroyed. Sandy gets eaten, and so do Spongebob and Patrick. When they get inside the sea whelks stomach,they see the Krusty Krab and run their for shelter. Everyone who got swallowed is there. (Plot still in progress}

*This is the first time Sandy's treedome is destroyed.
*It is revealed that SpongeBob's mother's maiden name is Bubblebottom.
*Suds is mentioned in this episode.
*When Spongebob is cleaning up the whelks, in the first shot, the mother is in his right hand, but in the next shot, as he's finished cleaning the baby whelks, the mother isn't in his hand, but on the ground

The '''Jet Pack''' is a jet pack made by [[Sandy Cheeks|Sandy]]. It just appears in the episode: [[Spy Buddies (Episode)|Spy Buddies]]. When [[SpongeBob SquarePants|SpongeBob]] and [[Patrick Star|Patrick]] want to become spies, they go to Sandy to get some spy gadgets. Sandy then shows them lots of stuff including the Jet Pack.

At the end of the episode, Monty tells a recreation center janitor that ''he'' is the greatest artist who ever lived. He speaks in an Polish accent.
