'''Le Spatula''' is a high tech spatula that SpongeBob bought while [[Spat]] was in the hospital. He is most likely the enemy of Spat because Spat thought that [[SpongeBob]] did not want him any more because he bought Le Spatula. He later told SpongeBob that he was not designed to make Krabby Patties, but to make fancy food. SpongeBob cried because now that he thought that Spat was gone he had lost Le Spatula too.

Le Spatula has an end like any other spatula but has a big round tech object that is barrel shaped. It has a dozen more flipping objects and also has the ability to talk (in a French accent). [[Mr. Krabs]] gave great liking to Le Spatula.
He's only appeared in the episode All That Giltters.

==Plot==
After waking up to find that Gary is not in his house, SpongeBob goes around town to see if anyone is awake. He thinks that Squidward and Patrick are still sleeping, and decides to head to work. When he comes to the Krusty Krab, he stands next to the stove, only to find that there were no customers all day long. He also notices that Squidward and Mr. Krabs are not at the [[Krusty Krab]]. Searching all around town, he finds that nobody is at home and must have gone missing. He then decides to relive the lives of the Bikini Bottomites. So, later, he wakes up, places a dummy SpongeBob in front of his house, turns on a record with his laughter playing, goes into [[Squidward's House]], and pretends to be Squidward. We then find Patrick's rock open, with SpongeBob acting like Patrick sleeping on the rock, and then the rock closes again. We then see SpongeBob entering Mr. Krabs' office, asking for a raise. Just like the other scenes, he acts like Mr. Krabs and yells, "No!" and SpongeBob says, "Okay." We then see SpongeBob acting like Mrs. Puff, asking a question about driving. SpongeBob, as himself, replies, "Floor it?" and him as Mrs. Puff replies, "That is correct." As SpongeBob replies back "Thanks, Mrs. Puff..." he starts to cry... until he finds blank drivers licenses. He then takes his own picture, places it on the driver's license, and starts to drive. Soon, he takes the boat home, and goes to sleep.

He wakes up and says, "Wow, Gary that was some dream! I was dreaming that I was alone and I was driving a ..." then finds the boat sleeping with him. We now see a montage between SpongeBob and the boat, having fun together. Once SpongeBob drives to the Krusty Krab, he tries to feed the boat a Krabby Patty, but it refuses. When SpongeBob gets back home, he tells the boat that he thanks it for making him sane, rather than insane. He then goes to the closet with a patty version of Patrick, and starts going insane. SpongeBob says that he is glad that the boat is not watching, until the boat opens the door. SpongeBob then tries to find a way to escape, but instead, crashes through the wall of the pineapple. He then tries to run away from the boat, including The Reef (the movie theater). He starts watching a movie which involves boats, and runs away. But, on his way out, he picks up an axe, and starts running. He then hits a bus, only to find everyone coming out of the bus. Mr. Krabs explains that it was "No SpongeBob Day" -- even though it is been a few weeks. Patrick then wants a No Patrick Day, and everyone gets on the bus except for Patrick, and drives away. Patrick then says, "Hello? Where did everyone go?" and is all alone.

*Running Gag: There's always something crashing through a wall.
*This is the second time the echo effect was caused by a character, the first being Patrick in [[The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie]].

*SpongeBob impersonated: [[Squidward]], [[Mr. Krabs]], [[Patrick]], [[Sandy]], [[Mrs. Puff]] and [[Old Man Jenkins]].
**Squidward: Made his face round, grew tentacles and acted like Squidward.
**Mr. Krabs: Blew into his hands like balloons, stretched out his eyes, crooked his nose, and refused to raise the paycheck.

*On the seesaw, the boat is much heavier than SpongeBob but he does not get flung up by the boat.

==Plot==
The "Once upon a time" screen comes up when the episode starts at the [[Krusty Krab]]. SpongeBob is driving Squidward crazy with his singing, and Mr. Krabs is having a typical time out of their way. Then, a bus comes up to the building and a group of women emerge. They meet Mr. Krabs outside the building and ignore him. Once inside, they are teased by Squidward, and Mr. Krabs tries to put an end to it. Eventually, Miss Priss, leader of the group, expresses her offensive feelings to them and the Krusty Krab for being fun, then after SpongeBob sings the same song again while making the situation worse, threatens to ban Krabby Patties for being fun and delicious. After hearing that, Mr. Krabs gets angry and, according to Squidward later on, calls and threatens her. The result is the building being closed. The three characters are outside, while she and her police sheriff officer husband Al prepare for dinner tonight. After feeling the shaking that's been blocking the Krusty Krab, Mr. Krabs goes crazy by running away while sobbing like mad.

SpongeBob then suggests making a secret Krusty Krab, which Mr. Krabs somehow hears and runs back to do. It is done in SpongeBob's house, where Patrick asks the Bikini Bottomites for a password. Everything is going smoothly, when Plankton hears about the Krusty Krab's closing and heads off to celebrate. He finds the Secret Krusty Krab, overhears the conversation Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob have on the fact that their doing of this idea is breaking the law, and then calls the police department. In the next scene, the police (and Miss Priss) burst into the building; knock out the Krabby Patties, and put SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs, and Squidward in handcuffs. Before they're carted off to jail, Miss Priss notices her husband Al eating a Krabby Patty. She tries to run to him to knock the Krabby Patty out of his hands, but trips on her untied shoes. The impact of the fall causes Al to drop the [[Krabby Patty]] into Miss Priss' mouth. She eats and gulps it, then sings the same song, (with SpongeBob joining in), that SpongeBob sung in the episodes' start. After the song ends, she tells of how much she changed from the food. Finally, she tells the three "jailbirds" that they would not go to jail and Krabby Patties will be allowed again. (Al tries to comfort her after that small tiff, but gets a "Don’t push it, Al" from Miss Priss.) Plankton, which hidden in a Krabby Patty, is angry over how close he came to finishing Mr. Krabs off. Soon, Miss Priss grabs that patty and eats it. at the same time it enters her mouth, a "The End" screen comes up while Plankton is heard screaming.

*This is during 100th episode and the first three-digits of SpongeBob SquarePants.
*Many Americans in real nonfiction actually do get bankrupt like Mr. Krabs and go ruined.
*The main antagonists are Miss Priss and Plankton.
*During the moment when the officers are getting rid of the patties, Plankton could have escaped and obtain the formula.
*Factual Errors: The Krusty Krab cannot be closed down by almost every police agency. Only the IRS(Inter-Revenue Service) can close businesses down because the conflict is based on money.
*This episode was aired on the first day as part of [[Nick's Nonstop Five at Five]].
*When Mr. Krabs opened a secret restaurant, it is too obvious for Miss Grissle Priss to find they opened a secret restaurant.
*When SpongeBob gets scared by Miss Priss's whistle, the sauce from the Krabby Patties didn't come out.
