'''Krabby 'O' Mondays''' was a sports-themed restaurant that took over the [[Krusty Krab]] in the episode: [[Selling Out]]. The interior was much better quality as it was owned by [[Howard Blandy]], who owns every family owned business except for the Krusty Krab.

===Summary===
From the outside the Krabby 'O Mondays looked much the same as it's previous occupant, although the sign was replaced. Inside, the Krabby 'O Mondays was decorated with sports memorabilia and giant flat screen televisions. The chairs, tables and carpets were all rearranged or replaced in favor of more fashionable furnishings. There was also a gimmicky raised section of the dining area.

[[SpongeBob]] and [[Squidward]] were the only employees of the franchise. Squidward in particular despised his new boss [[Carl]], deeming his attitude strange and his motivational methods questionable, a rational judgement most tangible in the sheer volume of the employee manuals. However, human resources successfully intimidated Squidward into not voicing his displeasure.

===Secrets/Destruction===
The Krabby 'O Mondays was eventually revealed to be cutting corners in food production in a dramatic parody of actual fast food restaurants. The restaurant, it can be assumed, chose to favor profit and efficiency over food quality. Instead of a grill, the restaurant used a machine which produced Synthetic Krabby Patties, which turn out to be gray blobs spray painted to look like actual [[Krabby Patties]]. When our three heroes, namely SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs and Squidward, were alerted to this they clogged the machine and the resulting explosion destroyed the restaurant. Defeated, Howard Blandy sold the land back to [[Mr. Krabs]], who offered to pay full price for the property.

==Plot==
At the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob reminds Squidward that it is Employee of the Month Award day. However, Squidward tells SpongeBob that the award is a scam, and Mr. Krabs is using it to make him work harder. SpongeBob doesn't believe him, and works harder. Mr. Krabs warns SpongeBob that Squidward might get the new Employee of the Month Award, and since SpongeBob has 26 consecutive awards (and wants a 27th), he starts worrying. Squidward says that he could get the award if he wanted to, and SpongeBob asks him to prove it.

They both decide that they will arrive at the Krusty Krab earlier than the other; SpongeBob tries to destroy Squidward's alarm clock so he won't wake up, but Squidward has 28 more in his closet. They set up traps early in the morning, but they finally get out and start running towards the Krusty Krab. They 'overwork' (''ex: Squidward cleans the tables so much that he breaks them and then he and SpongeBob use two spatulas each to make hundreds of Krabby Patties''), eventually causing the Krusty Krab to explode. As the Krabby Patties rain down from the sky, some of the citizens of Bikini Bottom believe that they are free, and while Mr. Krabs tries to makes the citizens pay for them, SpongeBob and Squidward ask him who is the Employee of the Month.

==Cultural References==
*When the "Drill Sergeant SpongeBob" appeared, he was in the March picture, probably a reference to an army march.
*A Teen Titans episode has an episode with the same title (though that isn't technically an ellusion).

*SpongeBob has won the Employee of the Month award 26 times in a row, which means that (if he had gotten his first within his first month of working) he's been working at the Krusty Krab for 2 years and 2 months. Also, even though SpongeBob says he won Employee of the Month for 26 months, there's actually 43 frames of him on the wall.
*In [[The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie]], SpongeBob won 364 times meaning that he probably won the employee of the month in this episode.
*In the episode [[Pickles]], Squidward burns everything he cooks including shakes, but in this episode he does not burn a single Krabby Patty.
*The employee of the month photos are again seen in [[The Original Fry Cook]] and there is also the Best Employee Ever award which went to [[Jim]].
*When SpongeBob is trying to get to the Krusty Krab tied in Squidward's giant anchor, his lips don't move when he says ''Eyah!'' which shows a body language that he is very exhausted.

== Plot ==
SpongeBob finds something while Mr. Krabs is checking-out at the Discount Grocery Mart. Mr. Krabs assumes that SpongeBob found a penny. Krabs becomes obsessed with the penny and started to see pennies in every circular objects he see. He tries to steal it by asking if he has a penny, opens a theatre, and tries to make him donate a penny for the "penniless." He then drives a flower delivery truck to SpongeBob's house. He uses a metal detector to search for it in SpongeBob's house. Soon, he runs into Gary and searches in his shell. Then SpongeBob walks into the room and say "That wasn't a penny I found. I found a piece of gum for my gum collection." Then Krabs goes home and Gary spits at the gum. The "gum" expands and SpongeBob picks it up and says, "This won't go with my gum collection." It was actually a $500 dollar bill. He dropped it on the floor and ignored it.

*The clerk already scanned a few items inside Mr. Krabs' grocery basket, after she asked for the price check on one item, the next scene; the other items are inside Mr. Krabs' grocery basket again.
*SpongeBob at first was seen picking up something orange, but later he showed us that he picked up a $500 bill.
*SpongeBob keeps a dried up gum collection, which is similar to [[Gummy]].
*SpongeBob gets squirted by cerebrospinal liquid by his brain.
*SpongeBob's brain squirts him but yet in [[The Battle of Bikini Bottom]] he hates getting squirted with brain juice.
