Mr. Krabs wishes that he could talk to money. He even sings a song about it. Therefore, he wishes it out loud, and the Flying Dutchman hears it. However, in return for the wish, he must exchange his soul. However, Krabs has already given his soul to someone else, so he must write an 'I-O-U (or an I Owe You)' to him. Krabs got his wish, but then all the money wanted to do was be spent on things that he did not want to buy (for items see below). The money becomes impatient, and goes to all lengths to get spent. So, eventually he spends it on the items they wanted, but still had owed Dutchman something. So he must join the queue of all people with I-O-Us.

==Trivia/Goofs==
*The money asked to be spent on corn dogs, fairy princess costumes, and diapers.
*The second musical number about money. The first is in [[Selling Out]].
*The first and only Season 5 appearance of The Flying Dutchman.
*In this episode proves Mr. Krabs is cheap because he had sold his soul to many ghosts, and SpongeBob.
*Mr. Krabs had sold his soul to SpongeBob because he was short five dollars on pay day.
*Patrick makes two brief appearences in this episode.
*In the song, Mr. Krabs mentions money inviting friends over, which is naturally impossible since money cannot move except by a moving force (such as wind or holding it in your hand). Plus how is it possible for the money to invite other money over since they are unable to use the phone? Then again when you consider Mr. Krabs' greed and obsession of having money, this obviously gives him the wrong idea.
*During the song, Mr. Krabs's armpits very smelly that disgusts the people.
*When the dollar is talking to him, his teeth were dirty because he had not brushed his teeth yet. In the next scene, his teeth were white.

==Plot==
A health inspector shows up at the Krusty Krab, and while he is there, SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs see the news about a guy passing himself off as a health inspector to get free food. Mr. Krabs is so mad he and SpongeBob make a Krabby Patty made with a bunch of nasty things. After it is served to the inspector he chokes on a fly and the two think he died from the patty. They later find out that he was a real health inspector. They bury him, and are picked up by police. It is raining, and the mud on the hill erodes - the body is exposed. SpongeBob brings it into the freezer, and leaves it there. Officer Nancy wants ice for her drink, and she is about to go into the freezer when they confess their crimes. She opens the door, and there is nothing there. She thinks it's a joke, and closes the door. The health inspector comes up from behind, but the police think he's a zombie. After figuring out that he is not, in fact, a zombie, the health inspector shows Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob the sheet, and it turns out that the Krusty Krab passed the test for the health inspection. Mr. Krabs treats Nancy, the other officer and [[SpongeBob]] to discounted Krabby Patties to celebrate. The Health Inspector is about to come out but the door slams on his head.

==Trivia/Goofs==
*The Krusty Krab sign is on the right. It also has green neon lights.
*This episode won under the letter ''N'' of the [[Atlantis SquarePantis]] [[SpongeBob Z-A]] marathon.
*In this episode, at the part where SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs tried to bury the health inspector, it started raining. How could there be rain under water?
*Mr. Krabs calls SpongeBob a Looney Loofah referring that he is not a true sponge, but the aforementioned being.
*In one shot of the kitchen, there is no toilet. In the next, there is.
*When Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob were screaming near the window, the grill is next to them instead of being right near the counter.
*When SpongeBob buries the body with the head sticking out, he says, ''I thought he might need some air''. But they live under water.
*When SpongeBob buries the body, his head is sticking out which means he was buried vertically, but when he slides down the hill the body lies horizontally.
*Mr. Krabs says he has a jar of toenail clippings in his office, but he does not have any toenails. Yet, they could still be someone else's toenails.
*On one shot when they bury him, the inspector does not have a hat. In the next shot he does.
*When Mr.Krabs says that Sponge Bob doesn't have a brain, his sleeve is missing
*Squidward does not appear in this episode.
*Mr. Krabs uses the volcano sauce is the same volcano sauce from "Karate Choppers".
